Dear All

Cologne is only about a week off now so here is some information regarding the SCAE World Championships that we hope you will find useful.

Firstly a note to National Coordinators, if you have not registered your country’s champions as yet then DO IT NOW!

We will be pulling the running order for the competitions this week and anyone not listed on the web site may miss out on entering.

Also the payment of the entrance fee to the SCAE is required. (Any requests please direct to Amanda Webb, phone: +44 1245 426060, email: secretary@scae.com)

Note for those entering the Latte Art & Coffee in Good Spirits Championship

Please make sure you bring along properly printed pictures of your latte art patterns otherwise you may loose points in the competition!

Coffee in Good Spirits competitors do not need to bring a picture this year but we would like a copy of your ingredients and method for your drink as we may make them available to SCAE members at a later date.

Note for all participants

1. If you bring any personal photographer with you, please send us their names. There are special seats reserved for them since they are not allowed on stage.

2. Have you all named your helper?

3. WLAC & WCSC: Your music for the final round can be sent in advance as mp3 files to avoid broken or non-readable cds, which occurred several times in past competitions. Send the files to info@scae-championships.com or put them online and send the link or ask for an ftp login. You can also hand over your music the day before so we can check if everything works fine.

Volunteers needed

We still need volunteers for all World Championships: WCTC, WLAC, WCSC & WCIC !!

Please contact the according championship coordinators if you want to apply.

GOOD LUCK !
